I am a huge fan of stationery - what can I say, you can take the boy out of the south... I recently ordered a few supplies on Papier, thinking that now was a great time to go back to handwritten notes / snail mail. When I set up my account, I naturally got added to their email list. Today, I got an email asking if I wanted to opt out of Mother's Day emails / promos. As many of you know, I lost my mom nearly eight years ago. She was my entire world, and Mother's Day has always been a really tough one for me, especially on social media. I have always thought brands could be smarter about their marketing on these holidays, and I was so grateful that Papier allowed me to opt out this Mother's Day. This is inclusion at it's finest. This is not only leading client-first but human-first. This is marketing. Thank you, Papier!
