I have always been proud of these awards, but after the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad year of 2020, I am extremely proud that we have been named Built In NYC's Best Places to Work for the 4th year in a row!
In addition, we have also been named Best Small Companies to Work For AND Companies with the Best Benefits in NYC! We made it a priority to expand our benefits and offerings during COVID-19 to ensure our employees felt secure and had the resources & assistance they needed. We also refocused our values & expectations to be more conducive to remote work and pushed for proactive transparency and true inclusion throughout it all. This award just solidifies something I already know, that we have some of the best talent & the best culture a company can have; I am so lucky to work with this incredible team everyday.
